How can I download an Application Form?
Once you have logged on with your username and password you will be able to access the secure area of the website. Here you will find Application forms to download or email to your clients. You will find all Application Forms by clicking on the PRODUCTS tab along the top of the webpage. All Application forms are in PDF. The only products we require an Application Form for are Expatriate and Inbound Medical quotations.
How can I download a PDS for my client?
You need to log on with your username and password to access a PDS. You will find all PRODUCT DISCLOSURE STATEMENTS by clicking on the PRODUCTS tab along the top of the webpage. All Product Disclosure Statements are in PDF Format.
What do I do if I repeatedly get an ERROR message?
This can be fixed by refreshing your screen or by closing down your Browser and starting again. If you keep receiving error messages please email the problem to acchealth@acchealth.com.au.
Are renewal terms offered over the web?
No, the website is an online quoting & binding tool for new business.
Are policy documents and schedules issued directly from the web for all products?
A schedule with a policy number, a PDS and policy wording will be emailed once you have Bound the risk on line.
How do I obtain information on Travel warnings and Emergency Assistance?
You can retrieve Travel Warnings from the link into the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade that is located on the homepage of the website, by clicking on the TRAVELLING OVERSEAS link.
I need additional Emergency Assistance Cards. Can I order through the web?
Yes, AHI can send you additional Emergency Cards in the post. Please email acchealth@acchealth.com.au.
Can I contact an AHI Underwriter through the website?
Yes, all AHI staff members are listed on the website under ABOUT US. All emails will be sent to a generic address that is checked during business hours. If you require urgent assistance, please call us.
I have an account query. Who do I contact?
All account, BSB, bank and credit term details are on the website under the ACCOUNTS section. The web even has a facility for you to send Electronic Transfer of Payment notifications. I need a summary of cover and want to understand critical underwriting factors for AHI products, where do I find this information?

If we have a new staff member how do we organise training?
AHI are happy to train new staff members or undertake refresher demonstrations to existing staff. It may be appropriate due to geographical restraints to undertake training over the telephone but in most cases we will endeavour to train brokers in your offices.
